“携手艺术名家——为梦起航”一台戏，于2012年6月3日在上海城市剧院举行，暨第一届协和教育集团协和文化创意中心艺术汇演。
协和文化创意中心成功引进四大艺术名家，“让学生享受艺术、为学生提供艺术服务”为核心理念，以“名家引领、专业指导、海外交流”为努力目标，依据协和教育集团的办学理念：提供高端的中西文化融合的教育定位，着力构建“协和文化创意中心与学校艺术教育并存、互补、引领的阶梯式运行网络，积极探索服务学校的协和艺术创意中心的成功之路。
协和文化创意中心的艺术家引导同学们学习、感悟规范的艺术教育。文化创意中心开设了芭蕾、民乐、京剧课程外，还开设了绘画课。绘画可以培养学生们丰富的想像力。演出前，剧院大厅举办了管齐骏工作室的学生作品展，学生家长和协和所属学校的学校校长、园长前来参观画展。家长们不仅看到自己孩子的绘画水平有了很大进步，同时对提高孩子对艺术修养的认识有了更积极的思考。
京剧名家史依弘当日正在参与演出《牡丹亭》，不能亲临现场，她特意准备了一段VCR和在座观众一起分享。学习京剧不仅能让人领略到它独特的艺术魅力，更能让同学们的艺术表现能力不断提升。虽然同学们的演出可能还比较稚嫩，但可以看出同学们对京剧花旦的身、法、手、眼、步的了解已有了一定的水平。
二胡名家马晓晖和协和古北高级中学学生合奏《赛马》，现场气氛渐进热烈。同学们也在马老师的指导下，从小接受着优质的艺术启蒙 。因为孩子不仅是我们的，更是社会的，具有良好艺术修养的孩子会更受社会欢迎。因此教师们在上课时也会根据每个孩子的特点来因材施教，引领着孩子们走向更高的艺术境界。之后马老师又和大家分享了《卧虎藏龙》，她演奏的《卧虎藏龙》曾获得奥斯卡原创音乐奖，现场观众赞叹不已。
随后，由巴黎芭蕾舞金项奖得主季萍萍老师和协和的同学们带来了芭蕾舞《晨曲》，引导同学们接受高品质的艺术教育。
最后，伴随着全场唱响了《我的未来不是梦》，演出画上了圆满的句号。

The famous Beijing Opera artist Shi Yihong cannot visit the scene, because of participating in the performance of " Peony Pavilion "at the same day. But she prepared a VCR and shared with audience . Learning Beijing opera can not only let people appreciate its unique artistic charm, but also can let the students the art of performance capacity upgrade. Although the students performance may still relatively immature, but we can see that the students of Beijing Opera actress body, method, hand, eye, step has a certain level of understanding.
The famous Erhu virtuoso Ma Xiaohui played Erhu Solo "Horse Race" with the student from Gubei high school of SUIS, which made the show atmosphere gradually warm. The students are horses under the guidance of the teacher, they received a high quality art enlightenment. Because the children are not only ours, but more social, children would be more popular with good artistic accomplishment. Therefore, teachers in the class will teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and lead the children towards a high artistic level based on each childs characteristics . After that performance, Miss Ma shared the track of " Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon " with audience greatly, which made her win the Oscar prize for that music before.
Subsequently, the Paris ballet Gold Award winner Ji Pingping showed the ballet performance of " Alba " with her students from SUIS, which guide the students to receive high quality art education.
